Manually Mark a Booking as Completed

Use this option when you want to complete a booking without altering its payment status.

This is most commonly used when you need to manually generate the next recurrence but aren't ready to collect payment for the current booking yet.

To mark a booking as completed:

  1. Go to the Bookings list.

  2. Click the pencil icon (✏️) next to the relevant booking.

  3. In the upper right corner, click Booking Status: Active.

  4. Confirm the action in the confirmation window — this will not affect the booking's payment status or trigger any charges.

Once confirmed:

  • The status changes from Active to Completed.

  • The next recurrence is automatically created.

⚠️ Note: Once a booking is marked as completed, the only available actions are to collect payment or mark it as paid.
