They can choose from two notification options:
On My Way – to let the client and company know they are en route to the job.
Running Late – to inform them if there will be a delay in arrival.
How to send a notification:

Open the app and go to the Jobs tab.

Select the relevant booking.

Tap the envelope icon in the upper right corner.

Click “On my way” or “Running late”.
This action automatically sends both email and SMS notifications to the client and the company.
