Blocked Dates

Blocked Dates allow you to mark specific days as unavailable for booking, such as holidays, special events, free days, or vacation periods.
Updated 1 day ago

Once a date is blocked, customers will not be able to select it in the booking form. This ensures your availability stays accurate and prevents unwanted bookings.

How to Add Blocked Dates

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open the Time & Scheduling tab.
  3. Scroll to Blocked Dates and Click Add Blocked Dates.
  4. Enter the name of the holiday or event.
  5. Choose whether you want to block a specific date or a date range.
  6. Select the corresponding date(s).
  7. Add a description if needed.

⚠️ The description is internal only — customers cannot see it.

How to Block a Specific Date

Choose the specific date option if you only want to block one day (for example, a public holiday).

Simply select the date and save your changes.

How to Block a Date Range

Choose the date range option if you need to block multiple consecutive days (for example, vacation time).

Select the start date and end date. All days within that period will become unavailable for booking.

Even if dates are blocked, you can still manually create a booking from your dashboard by skipping availability restrictions. This gives you full flexibility if you need to schedule something internally.

Keeping your blocked dates updated helps maintain an accurate calendar and avoids scheduling conflicts.
