How to Edit Booking Form Availability
- Go to Settings.
- Select the Time & Scheduling tab.
- In the Booking Form section, locate Booking Form Availability.
- Click the dropdown menu and select your preferred option.
Business Hours
If you select Business Hours, the booking form will display availability based on the business hours configured in ConvertLabs.
You can update your business hours directly from the same Time & Scheduling tab. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the article on editing business hours.
Use this option if:
You want customers to book strictly within your general operating hours.
You do not require availability to reflect individual provider schedules.
Providers’ Availability (Recommended)
If you select this option, the booking form will display availability based on each provider’s:
- Work schedule
- Set availability
- Existing bookings
The system automatically blocks dates and time slots when providers are unavailable or already assigned to appointments. This prevents double bookings and keeps availability synchronized in real time.
Final Step: Verify Your Booking Form
After updating this setting, review your booking form to confirm that availability is displayed as expected. This ensures customers see accurate and bookable time slots.
