The Heads Up Time setting defines the minimum advance notice required before a customer can book a same-day cleaning.
Enter the number of hours that must pass between the time of booking and the earliest available appointment slot.
Examples:
Require one full day of notice:
Enter 24. Customers will not be able to schedule a cleaning on the same day.
Require a shorter notice period (e.g., 2 hours):
Enter 2. If a customer attempts to book at 10:00 AM, the earliest available time displayed will be 12:00 PM.
To set up heads up time:
- Go to Settings.
- Select the Time & Scheduling tab.
- In the Booking Form section, locate Heads Up Time and enter the value in hours. For example. if you need two hours in advane, enter the value "2".
