Set up how many hours advanced notice you need for same day cleanings

The Heads Up Time setting defines the minimum advance notice required before a customer can book a same-day cleaning.

Enter the number of hours that must pass between the time of booking and the earliest available appointment slot.

Examples:

Require one full day of notice:
Enter 24. Customers will not be able to schedule a cleaning on the same day.

Require a shorter notice period (e.g., 2 hours):
Enter 2. If a customer attempts to book at 10:00 AM, the earliest available time displayed will be 12:00 PM.


To set up heads up time:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the Time & Scheduling tab.
  3. In the Booking Form section, locate Heads Up Time and enter the value in hours. For example. if you need two hours in advane, enter the value "2".
