Use this option when you need to manually mark a booking as paid without processing a payment through the system. This is useful when payment has been received outside the platform (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or external payment processor).

Go to the Bookings view.

Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to the booking you want to update to open its details.

In the Payment section, click Mark as Paid.

A confirmation window will appear explaining that the booking will be marked as paid without processing a charge. Confirm your action to proceed.
What happens next:

The payment status changes to Paid

The booking will be closed and marked as Completed automatically.

If it's part of a recurring series, the next recurrence is automatically created
