Approximately 12 hours after the booking has been completed.
To enable the Auto Charge:
- Go to Settings.
- Go to the Payment tab.
- And in the Payment Collection section, toggle the switch of the Auto Charge setting.
Activating this feature is optional. Enable it if you want bookings to be charged automatically. If you don’t activate it, you can still collect payments manually from the Bookings view. For more details, see our article on Collect Payments.
If you choose to enable this setting, you can either keep Manual Hold disabled or, if Manual Hold is enabled, make sure to place the booking on hold. The automatic charge is triggered by the hold action, so if a booking is not held, it will not be charged automatically, which may cause confusion or result in missed charges.
